This is the product I reach for on the hard days. The days when the world feels like a lot, when the nervous system needs something to come back to. A few drops of grounding oil, rolled onto the pulse points, and a breath taken a little more slowly than the last one.

Particularly loved by women navigating perimenopause, when the nervous system can feel more reactive and moments of calm feel harder to find.

Every oil in Serenity was chosen with intention. Each one known for its ability to support the nervous system, calm a busy mind, or gently lift the spirit. The blend combines Ylang Ylang, Frankincense, Lavender, Sweet Orange, Red Mandarin and Vetiver. Together they create something that works on multiple levels, scent, sensation and emotional response, in a way that a single oil simply cannot.

Ylang Ylang is at the heart of the blend, known for its ability to ease tension and soothe a busy, fearful mind. Frankincense brings an ancient, resinous depth, deeply grounding and comforting. Lavender adds its familiar, calming floral note, helping to quiet mental chatter and encourage rest. Sweet Orange and Red Mandarin lift the blend with warmth and brightness. Vetiver anchors everything, earthy and steady, known for its deeply grounding qualities.

Together they create something that smells as good as it feels.

 

Complete the Ritual



Start with our Magnesium Rose Soaking Salts. Run a warm bath or fill a foot soak, let the magnesium do its work on tired muscles and a busy mind, and give yourself fifteen minutes with no agenda. Pat dry, then take a few minutes with our Patchouli & Orange Body Oil. Warm it between your palms, breathe in the deep, earthy scent, and work it slowly into your skin. Then reach for your Serenity Roller. Pulse points, a slow breath, and you are done. Three products, twenty minutes, and the evening feels entirely different.

Directions For Use

Apply our Serenity Roller Blend to your inner wrists, temples, or behind the ears as part of your self-care routine. It's especially beneficial as part of your nighttime routine to promote restful sleep.

I bought the golden facial oil and serenity roller blend. I keep the roller blend in my bag to use throughout the day whenever I need it. The golden facial oil has become a part of my daily routine especially at night after cleansing. I also use it a few times a week with a gua sha. I'm not really sure what I'm doing witht the gua sha but my skin feels super soft and nourished. I've only been using it for a couple of weeks and already I can see and feel the difference.
