Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns as an item needs to be unused and in its original packaging to be considered for a return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery or collection and contact us immediately at hello@awaywithnature.com quoting your order number if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like skincare/personal care & home fragrances. Special order items cannot be refunded. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, seasonal items or gift cards.
