Glendalough, The spiritual home of Wicklow is probably the spiritual home of all of Ireland. An incredible monastic settlement kept intact over so many centuries. Nag Champa Incense exact origins are not actually known, it is hypothesised that it was first created in Nepal and or India, as these are the places its ingredients are most commonly found. Nag Champa is a sacred incense that purifies any environment, energetically transforming your space into a meditation room, naturally clearing out any negative energy and filling it with positive vibrations. It is made from a combination of sandalwood, champak or frangipani. When frangipani is used it is usually referred to as Champa. Nag Champa is the most popular incense that is
used in temples and other places of worship, its aromas linger and connect us, this enchanting scent is also an excellent aromatherapy aid to help relax the nerves and reduce stress. It felt right to match this sacred scent with our spiritual home of Glendalough!

I bought the golden facial oil and serenity roller blend. I keep the roller blend in my bag to use throughout the day whenever I need it. The golden facial oil has become a part of my daily routine especially at night after cleansing. I also use it a few times a week with a gua sha. I'm not really sure what I'm doing witht the gua sha but my skin feels super soft and nourished. I've only been using it for a couple of weeks and already I can see and feel the difference. I will certainly be coming back for more.
